About this apartment rental
Year round home nestled on the Moose River. Easy access to Moosehead Lake, snowmobile and ATV trails and local hiking trails. Find tranquility and stress free vacationing while enjoying the local scenery and activities around the Moosehead Lake area. Boats, snowmobiles ATV's and kayaks are all welcome. Furnished year round home ready for rent. Owners live next door in year round home. A most definite MUST! Two bedrooms with a queen bed and second with a queen bed and pull out trundle. Full bath with furnished linens and towels. Full furnished kitchen with brand new Jenair electric stove. Living room area is furnished with satellite TV. Full covered porch overlooks the Moose River and is an excellent place to read a book, or just watch the boats go by on the river. Dock hookup for a boat or jet ski is also available. Outdoor fire pit is also available for evening fires. Kayak usage is also available.

Cute little owner run cabin. Even though the owners live on site, there's a separation as the rooms are above the garage. They were friendly and the place was clean and cozy

Stayed here for a few days, couldn’t be happier with the property and the hosts. Great location for all outdoor activities and great trail access. Will definitely be back!

Loved our stay. Would recommend this spot for anyone interested in staring at the stars/milky way. Spent a couple nights at the firepit to end our perfect days. They even brought out supplies for smores one evening. The rooms are cleaner than anything we have ever seen. Mount Kineo shuttle is just down the road and a must visit. Saw two female moose on a drive to Kokadjo. Owners are salt of the earth and willing to do anything to make sure you have an enjoyable stay.

What a find! This rental was exactly what we were searching for: it was clean, well-stocked, and great for a home away from home. John and Lori-Ann are excellent hosts and both gave wonderful recommendations to the area and left us to our own devices. The space is above the garage to the main building and shares no walls with the main house. The garage itself was not used, and the space kept well insulated and private.
