About this house rental
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.(Please read all sections in the 5 description sections.)
The space
First Floor:Full kitchen, 1/2 bath, full living room, den, bedroom with one Twin XL bed.
Second Floor:Bedroom one has three Twin XL beds and Dish TV.Bedroom two has a Full/Double bed and Dish TV.Bedroom three or the Master bedroom has a King Bed and a Regular Twin bed.Also Dish TV.
Full Bathroom: Full sized tub and shower, toilet, sink, medicine cabinet, and closet.There is an additional sink outside the bathroom door.
There are 3 LP Propane heaters in the house. Living room has an Ashley Hearth vent free.The Den is vented.Second floor has a vent free.
Basement: Full concrete foundation. Offers nothing of value for the renters.
Snow mobile connector trail runs through the middle of the back yard.
Dock is directly across from driveway. Bring your boat! There is a boat launch right after the bridge next to the old Moose River store. Also a public boat launch across from the Post Office in Rockwood Village.
Fish,Boat,Swim,Lay on the dock and catch some sun!

Rental is for entire house and 3 acre property. There is a double garage and a space above it that is not part of the rental. It is for the owner and is sometimes used when the house is rented or booked.
Other things to note
No fireworks allowed except on July 4th. They pose a fire risk,can upset wildlife,and neighbors.
Fully extinguish fire pit and do not leave unattended when in use.
Dogs must be tethered or on a leash at all times when outside. Bag dog waste and dispose of according to checkout rules. Do not let dogs chase Deer,Moose,Turkeys, or wildlife in general. They are sensitive to such stress.
No hunting. No discharging firearms or weapons of any type.
