About this cottage rental
Beautiful beach cottage in a family-oriented community in Seagrove Beach.
The house is only a five minutes' walk to the white sandy beaches. The community offers two pools, fishing pond and two tennis courts. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a master bath with a double sink and whirlpool tub. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed; the children's room has twin beds.
The house was costumed designed. All our guest raved about the layout. We have a wonderful team of cleaners, and we take great pride on how well the house is kept. Our kitchen provides everything that you would need to cook all your meals. Three coffee makers: Keurig, espresso, regular coffee, Ninja blenders, waffle maker, air fryer and pressure cooker, beside a charcoal grill.

The place is located in a quiet neighborhood. Family-oriented. We enjoyed having access to the beach chairs, umbrella, and especially the wagon. The public beach access is a 5 minute walk from the house which is very convenient. This beach access is very crowded. The home is beautiful and for the most part clean. There were small black ants that would appear at random times crawling in the kitchen and bathroom counters. Also, the outside outlets do not work even with using the suggested outlet from washer/dryer room. There are hornets in the covered outside outlet. The trash was left in the trashcan from previous renter. It leaked everywhere when we went to carry it out to the dumpster. The owner was made aware of the ants and outlets. Not much he could do from his end except offer a suggestion for the outlet. These were minor things, but worth mentioning. The water pressure in the master shower is great, but the shower/tub/bathroom is dated. I would rather have the water pressure than an updated bathroom. Overall, a great stay and beautiful home.

This is our third stay and we have enjoyed the house each time. It is in a great neighborhood and close to the beach. I enjoy spending time on the front porch rain or shine. There is plenty of room to relax when we are around, but of course we spend most of our time out at the pool, beach, or eating out. The hosts are great and happy to help if you need anything.

We absolutely loved this home. We have rented a lot of properties over the years and my whole family agreed this was the best yet. The home is super clean, adorably decorated, well stocked, and so comfortable. The neighborhood is very quaint, we enjoyed biking and walking in the area. The pools are nice and close, as are the tennis courts. The walk to the beautiful beach was super easy----about 5 minutes, and it was nice to have the included wagon and chairs. The beach access is an easy one with not too many stairs down to the sand. We will definitely stay at Heavenly Sunshine again when back to this area!!
