About this house rental
Cassine Gardens is a beautiful complex surrounded by nature in Seagrove Beach - a central location that puts you minutes from everything you want to do on your 30A vacation. Flamingo's Retreat (219) is a 2 bedroom / 1.5 bath townhome with close beach access and is just a few minutes from the community pool!
As soon as you enter, you're welcomed by an updated kitchen in bright whites and cool blues with stainless appliances and bar area seating for 2. For convenience, there's a powder room right off the front door. As you make your way into the home, you're welcomed into the open dining and entertaining area with comfortable seating and a large TV. Outside the living room, there is a screened-in patio, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. Here is where you'll also find the full-size washer and dryer.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. One equipped with a queen bed plus a set of built-in bunks and the other with a king. The master bedroom has a peaceful private balcony. Both bedrooms share the hallway bathroom.
Sleeping Arrangements - Sleeps 6:
2nd Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed, TV and private balcony.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: Queen bed and set of built-in bunk beds, Smart TV.
Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Beach Access:
Head south out of the neighborhood, turning right onto Myrtle. Take this out to Highway 30A, and cross the road to the bike path. just west on 30A at Seagrove Place is your beach access.

Cassine Gardens:
Cassine Gardens is a charming neighborhood in a natural setting. This property located in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach features on-site tennis courts, a community pool, a nature trail through a native cypress forest, and a pond. Cassine Gardens is walking distance to most of Seagrove's restaurants, and a short bike ride to Seaside and all 30A has to offer. The beach access is just across Scenic 30A.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

The location was excellent. The neighborhood and pools were great. Short walk to the beach but tucked away from the noise. The townhome however could use a little TLC. It was not dirty per say but very worn in. The master bed squeaked with the slightest movement. The screens were broken or missing. Not the most well stocked kitchen I have stayed in and the rug in the living room needs to be replaced. We knew when renting the home it had one bathroom, but it is a tight one bathroom when you have two adults and two kids.

Had a good time. Very relaxing place to stay. Neighbors were a little loud, but not too bad. Only complaint was that the master suit needs a new mattress & needs a box spring under the mattress. It was very uncomfortable. Also the sliding doors were very hard to open. Great location. Easy access to the beach & shopping.
