An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

The house was in a great location that was easily walkable to the beach, the neighborhood pools, and various restaurants and shops. It was a perfect size and layout for our family, was clean, and just as described. We parked our car for the week and enjoyed the golf cart so much!! We loved the fresh seafood from buddy’s or goat feathers that we got to cook. The Old Florida Fish House was fun for the whole family with good food, especially the sushi! We loved Black bear bread company for breakfast, prema cafe for açaí and smoothies, and Brozinni’s pizzeria has yummy pizza that was ready pretty quick. Our whole family had the best week, and we can’t wait to go back!! Perfect spot!

The home is in an excellant location, close to beach, shops, and resturants. The house has so much potential if only the owners would put a little money into it. I was disappointed in a few things:* The furniture in the living room was faded and looked old. * the carpet going up the stairs and at the top of the stairs had stains. *In the bathroom downstairs the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. * The dishwasher did not properly fit. When you would open the door and pull out the racks it would tilt down and make it very hard to put dishes in it. *Could not get the dishwasher to go through a cycle and clean the dishes. After the clycle the pod was still intact.*You have to supply toilet paper, trash bags, dish washer pods. *If you use a blow dryer in the upstairs guest bathroom and one in the bedroom at the same time it will blow the fuse.*You are expected to not turn the air down below 74 degrees.
