The perfect place for a Sea Esta!
Our beach home is located in Cassine Village, a lovely community in Seagrove Beach right across from the ocean on 30-A. It’s just a short walk to the beach with easy access. The neighborhood amenities include 2 pools, 2 tennis courts with pickle ball, a nature trail, a private lake with fishing and picnic areas, and a basketball goal. There’s always something to do in Cassine!
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, his & her closets, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a flat-screen TV, and it offers private access to the second full bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, and a larger flat-screen TV.
The kitchen, dining area, and family room are a wide-open space to enjoy some downtime and relax. There are French doors separating this area from the bedrooms. The family room has a large flat-screen TV. All of the TV's are Roku TV's so bring your own preferred streaming. There are also two full sized couches for plenty of seating. The dining area offers a fun bistro-style table with seating for six. The breakfast bar has four barstools for more casual seating. The kitchen is stocked with granite countertops, stainless appliances, large pantry, tons of cabinet space, and all the chef's tools you need to enjoy a nice meal after a full day at the beach.
A large screened in porch in back faces the wooded area surrounding the private community lake. It has a comfy pit group sofa & coffee table, along with another bistro-style table with seating for four. It’s a wonderful place to sit and relax, read, enjoy a cup of coffee, or play games with the family. Just off of the screened porch is a patio area with another table for four, and a large four-burner grill for cooking all the fresh steaks and seafood you want. This is all in addition to the cozy front porch with seating for four.
Other amenities include free wifi, washer/dryer, beach chairs & umbrellas, a trellis to shade your car, and a large outdoor storage closet for storing any of your other beach stuff or bicycles.
Seaside Beach is an easy bike ride, as well as the Publix grocery, Cumberland's convenience store, and many restaurants. 'Goatfeathers' is across the street from the neighborhood for some fantastic fresh seafood. The entrance to Cassine has a Mexican restaurant, nail salon, small retail store, urgent care, and a shop for beach toys and other items.

A very nice, clean house in a quiet neighborhood. The host is easy to deal with and very helpful. This was our second stay at “Sea Esta” and it was wonderful.

Location was perfect, short 5 minute walk to beach but tucked away on quiet street. House was very comfortable and back porch looking into forested area was very nice. Perfect place to relax!

Everything was as pictured, a very nice quiet neighborhood . 1 block to the beach, the state forest hiking trails are in the backyard and paved bike trails 1 street away. You can walk to restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The house is truly amazing and the owner goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. We had a wonderful stay.

This was our 8th year at SeaEsta and it never disappoints! Only a short walk from the beach, SeaEsta lets you enjoy all the hustle bustle of 30A but to also get away from it because it is located in the beautiful, quiet and friendly neighborhood of Cassine. The owners are great and vey responsive if any issue does arise. We certainly look forward to our next time at SeaEsta!
