The perfect place for a Sea Esta!
Our beach home is located in Cassine Village, a lovely community in Seagrove Beach right across from the ocean on 30-A. It’s just a short walk to the beach with easy access. The neighborhood amenities include 2 pools, 2 tennis courts with pickle ball, a nature trail, a private lake with fishing and picnic areas, and a basketball goal. There’s always something to do in Cassine!
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, his & her closets, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a flat-screen TV, and it offers private access to the second full bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, and a larger flat-screen TV.
The kitchen, dining area, and family room are a wide-open space to enjoy some downtime and relax. There are French doors separating this area from the bedrooms. The family room has a large flat-screen TV. All of the TV's are Roku TV's so bring your own preferred streaming. There are also two full sized couches for plenty of seating. The dining area offers a fun bistro-style table with seating for six. The breakfast bar has four barstools for more casual seating. The kitchen is stocked with granite countertops, stainless appliances, large pantry, tons of cabinet space, and all the chef's tools you need to enjoy a nice meal after a full day at the beach.
A large screened in porch in back faces the wooded area surrounding the private community lake. It has a comfy pit group sofa & coffee table, along with another bistro-style table with seating for four. It’s a wonderful place to sit and relax, read, enjoy a cup of coffee, or play games with the family. Just off of the screened porch is a patio area with another table for four, and a large four-burner grill for cooking all the fresh steaks and seafood you want. This is all in addition to the cozy front porch with seating for four.
Other amenities include free wifi, washer/dryer, beach chairs & umbrellas, a trellis to shade your car, and a large outdoor storage closet for storing any of your other beach stuff or bicycles.
Seaside Beach is an easy bike ride, as well as the Publix grocery, Cumberland's convenience store, and many restaurants. 'Goatfeathers' is across the street from the neighborhood for some fantastic fresh seafood. The entrance to Cassine has a Mexican restaurant, nail salon, small retail store, urgent care, and a shop for beach toys and other items.

Loved this house! Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon were provided. Screened back porch was amazing for morning coffee. Quiet neighborhood, but still close to beach access. We rented a golf cart and rode to Deer Lake State Park for beach access, way less crowded than the public beach access across the street from the neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

Our family loved this cozy house a 5min walk to the beach. The teenagers could walk to all kinds of places that kept them occupied and social. The house had everything we needed, including basic spices, which I appreciated. The deep back porch was a great space to read in the mornings and during afternoon rain storms. Beds were comfy, showers had great pressure, and we were glad for the beach wagon so we didn’t have to bring our own. All around lovely space in a great location.

We had another absolutely amazing stay at Sea Esta in Seagrove Beach. The owner, Stephanie was super available with great communication. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was top notch. My favorite spot has to be the screened in porch in the back. It is so relaxing and peaceful out there. The area is great with two swimming pools, two tennis courts, and an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. We biked a lot around the area, as well. The family and I had a phenomenal time there and were sad when it was time to leave. I highly recommend staying here and we can’t wait to come back again in the future.

A very nice, clean house in a quiet neighborhood. The host is easy to deal with and very helpful. This was our second stay at “Sea Esta” and it was wonderful.
