Cottage was clean, very comfortable & had everything you needed. Loved the deck to sit out on with grills available & the walkway to the beach was a big plus for choosing the rental.
Parking is very tight. A couple big vehicles makes for a tight squeeze to get through.

Clean, quiet, very reasonable off season rate
Unt was very small - no place to place luggage, ceilings barely 7'-0" high. If a couple stays here, book a larger unit, studio is almost uninhabitable. Some maintenance needed bad paint chipping at shower entry. There is an efficiency kitchen which is tiny and we did not utilize, I can't imagine you could cook in such a small space. Microwave yes, range/cooktop cooking doubtful.
