Location, cute cottages with everything needed. Patio, grill, complimentary beach chairs and umbrella was a nice touch. Adirondack chairs were extra comfy. Perfect beach to launch our kayaks. Super close to national seashore and town

Clean, quiet, very reasonable off season rate
Unt was very small - no place to place luggage, ceilings barely 7'-0" high. If a couple stays here, book a larger unit, studio is almost uninhabitable. Some maintenance needed bad paint chipping at shower entry. There is an efficiency kitchen which is tiny and we did not utilize, I can't imagine you could cook in such a small space. Microwave yes, range/cooktop cooking doubtful.
