Just 75 feet from the ocean, you’ll have direct access to your own private sandy beach through the sliding doors on the first floor. Swim, kayak, fish, or surf right from your backyard!

The comfortable living room features a large sectional sofa and loveseat, a big Smart TV, and a sleek 50" Napoleon Alluravision Slim electric fireplace. Two sliding glass doors open directly to the backyard and beach. A full bathroom with a shower is also located on the first floor.
Upstairs:
The second floor includes two spacious bedrooms and a bonus lounge room:
• Lake View Bedroom: Queen bed, LG 43" TV, full closet, dresser, and tranquil views of Pilgrim Lake
• Ocean View Bedroom: Queen bed and twin bunk beds, large closet, and sliding door access to a private deck with ocean views
• Bonus Lounge/Loft: Features a daybed with a trundle (two twin beds), a large flat-screen TV, a telescope, and ocean views through a sliding door leading to the deck
Both the ocean view bedroom and the lounge open to a private second-floor deck with panoramic views of the ocean and Provincetown in the distance—perfect for watching the sunrise or sunset.
A second full bathroom upstairs features a jetted Jacuzzi tub and shower combo for a relaxing soak after a day at the beach.

• All towels and bedding are washed at a minimum of 60°C (140°F) between guest stays for enhanced cleanliness and hygiene.

Beautifully appointed home right on the beach. We could hear the waves at night. Fully equipped kitchen. Very, very nice place to stay with close proximity to Provincetown. We enjoyed our stay very much.
