Fantastic location in the heart of Naviglio, right next to lots of great restaurants and within minutes from a metro station to reach the Duomo in 10-12 minutes.
We found the check in process difficult as the hotel is not signed too clearly and there are no instructions on how to ring reception in order to receive the keys.

Excellent Location. Friendly Communication.
The room needs to be renovated. The paint on the walls is peeling. Important: The air conditioning wasn't working properly, so it was very difficult to sleep with the room temperature at 30 degrees. Towels were changed only once. No room cleaning.
For the price of the accommodation, that's just not good enough.

The property is in a really good location with restaurants on your doorstep. Some reviews say it was too noisy, but our apartment was at the back and we couldn’t hear anything and didn’t find it too noisy at all
On arrival we had to pay 78 euro cleaning tax which wasn’t on the description when booking, but also they didn’t really clean at all, just made the bed everyday. The aircon didn’t work at all, and instead we had a fan which also barely worked at all and was very noisy. The whole property is very outdated and would be good to have a refresh.
