Woodspurge Cottage, Drift House Holiday Cottages

Very spacious clean tidy and everything you need for a stay away.

Nothing

La casa estaba muy bonita y confortable, todo nuevo!

La piscina estaba realmente fría. Imposible de bañarte.

The cottage was modern and comfortable with a lovely garden and pool. There was plenty to do in the local area; we visited Joderell Bank, Alderley Edge and the local Glebe Farm. Our children had a lovely time playing in the pool. Because of the small size and exclusive use for guests of the 3 cottages we had plenty of time to make progress with swimming skills for our young children and their confidence has improved.

There was nothing to complain about in this property. Tips for future guests: it’s quite warm upstairs (August) so keep the windows open through the day so you don’t feel too hot at night.

The property build itself was beautiful, the furnishings etc were ok. We were given a cake and some milk. It was quiet.

It was not possible to open the bedroom window fully due to child lock and there were no fans or other windows to help cool what was very hot nights. There was no flat sheets to provide a cooler sleeping option. Everything provided was minimal; no bathroom hand towel, one tea towel, no kitchen paper. The sofa was uncomfortable with the TV difficult for 2 to watch in comfort. There were no chairs in the property to provide an alternative seating position.
