Amazing view!

Perfect location to go, especially before and after summer (because it can get quite hot and there is no terrace or balcony). Right in the centre of old town, the views from the living room are amazing. Hosts are super friendly and gave us detailed instructions about the apartment and ideas for things to do and where to eat. Would recommend.

We recommend this apartment. Very clean, amazing view and good climatization. It was as in the pictures with good location by the sea, close to the main square, city mall and central market. Third floor so it was also quiet. Free parking in the city center, the city beach is maybe a hundred meters, just up the street and left and then right, when you see the sea. Friendly staff with good tips on restaurants. Would definitely return.

Open seaview next to the beach and in the best location in Umag

The seaview from the livingroom, dining room and bedroom is awesome and the fact that you can walk to the beach (200 meters) or the Umag old town central market. The apartment was luxurious, clean and really well equipped. We parked the car and walked everywhere, there is also a beach train station 50 meters from the apartment, the small train takes you to all the beaches between Umag and Savudrija and drives every 30 minutes. Convenient and so much fun for the kids. Perfect place to stay!

Die Lage sowie der Blick auf den Hafen und die Promenade sind wirklich etwas Besonderes. Nur wenige Schritte entfernt befindet sich zudem eine Bäckerei mit einer großen Auswahl an köstlichem Gebäck.

Kein deutsches Fernsehen, nur kroatisches Programm. Die enge Wendeltreppe zum zweiten Schlafraum ist für ältere Menschen etwas mühsam.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt

Tolle Lage, Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke, Markt, Kaffees und Restaurants alles fußläufig erreichbar. Allerdings (da an der Promenade am Meer und mitten in der Stadt) abends ziemlich laut. Uns hat es nicht gestört, ohne Klimaanlage wären die Temperaturen kaum auszuhalten, wir haben die Fenster abends und nachts zugehabt.

Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine in der Unterkunft und der Toaster hat nicht funktioniert. Glück im Unglück: da ich Zöliakie habe, habe ich meinen eigenen Toaster dabeigehabt.

sehr central, gute einfach zu steuerne klimaanlage, geräumig, preisleistung sehr gut. auch beim ankommen war das apartment bereits auf 22/23 grad gekühlt was sehr angenehm war. freundlicher hilfsbereiter besitzer, schade dass man ihn nicht persönlich kennen lernen konnte. praktisch eingerichtet, und wie gesagt sehr biel platz obwohl wir zu 6. waren. danke

im oberen stock war es etwas zu warm, schade das kein balkon ist.

Die beste lage und fantastisch Meerblick.

Das Apartment liegt super und wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung, der vor allem durch die Lage direkt am Wasser und den herzlichen und informativen Empfang geprägt war. Die Wohnung ist neu, hell, funktional und hat fantastisch Ausblick vom Schlafzimmer, Küche und Balkon auf dem Meer. Wir würden wiederkommen und können diese Ferienwohnung empfehlen.

Einfach herrliche und märchenhafte Ferien auf dem Wasser. :) Die Ferien waren zu kurz. :(

Aquecedor ruim e água fria para banho (não foi legal nossa estadia)

A localização e a vista do apartamento são excelentes, no entanto, o aquecimento do local é muito ruim e a água do chuveiro estava gelada e demorou horas para aquecer depois que descobrimos onde ligava, pois não tinha instruções. Tentamos contato por mensagens e ligação, mas o retorno demorou. A banheira não tinha a rolha de fechar, mas as fotos dela estão anunciadas na booking. Fomos no inverno e com crianças, não foi legal. Não recomendo. Custo/benefício deixou muito a desejar!
