Traumhafter Urlaub, gerne wieder

Tolle Unterkunft auf 2 Etagen, sehr sauber und hübsch eingerichtet, mitten im Zentrum der Altstadt. Atemberaubende Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich. Zum kostenlosen Parkplatz sind es einige Schritte. Diese genießt man aber sehr, da sie direkt an der Promenade entlang gehen. Da die Wohnung direkt an einer Flaniermeile liegt, sind wir nicht mit dem Auto vorgefahren. Zum Be- und Entladen des Gepäckes haben wir einen nähergelegenen Parkplatz gewählt, außerhalb der Parkgebührenzeit. Das hat für uns gepasst. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

The view was absolutely stunning. The location is awesome, right at the city centre. We have greatly enjoyed our stay here, and I could only recommend. The apartment is very clean and modern, Rosana is very kind and ready to help.

The only thing (not really an issue) was that some of my family member are very tall, and the apartment is located at the top of the building, and the walls are slightly angled because of the roof. Maybe something to take into consideration, if that's important to you.

расположение- центр города- UMAg- между двумя набережными. лучшего расположения трудно придумать квартира со свежим ремонтом. все очень продумано до мелочей. кухня укомплектована всем практически. 2 спальни+гостинная - вполне достаточно для комфортного проживания 6 человек.Особенная благодарность владелице Rosane- она старалась помочь нам во всех ситуациях ,которые у нас были за время отдыха.Отличный вид на бухту и пляж с небольшого балкончика\терассы. Несколько бесплатных парковок в пешей доступности. несколько магазинов и супермаркетов в 1-1,5км

бронировать надо было на больший срок :)

Der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist genial. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Rosana war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Sehr störendes Geräusch von den Entlüftungsrohren der Restaurants von Mittags bis spät Abends. Parkplatz sehr weit entfernt vom Zimmer.25min hin und retour.Keine nahe Entlademöglichkeit für Gepäck.

Velik, prostoren apartma, polno opremljena kuhinja, klima, pomivalni in pralni stroj, čudovit razgled z balkona in najbolj prijazna lastnica Rosana, ki te pričaka s steklenico penine.

UMAGo je miesto s potenciálom na príjemne a aktívne strávenú dovolenku.

Umag je veľmi pekné prímorské mestečko, ktoré prežíva aktuálne svoj prerod a tešíme sa na návštevu za cca 2 roky, ...aktuálne je tu silná výstavba aj hlavná promenáda okolo celého zálivu, park atď., ale na druhej strane je tu veľa budov,ktoré by určite stáli za renováciu,ale bohužiaľ sa asi na niečo čaká...je tu veľa reštaurácií, zmrzlinární, barov, detské ihriská, športoviská, nákupné reťazce na okraji mesta a výborná pekáreň mlinar, veľa morských atrakcií, naozaj miesto s potenciálom.

Je tu dosť budov v zlom stave a pri koncových miestach dosť neporiadkov, akoby nikto nehladel na takto podstatný detail. Beriem to ale s rezervou, mesto sme navštívili mimo sezónu...

Čista 10 za lokacijo. Boljša za namen, zakaj sem bil v Istri, ne bi mogla biti! Apartma lepo opremljen, svetel, z veliko teraso in več kot solidno opremljeno kuhinjo. Malce težav so mi po tekmi predstavljale stopnice, ki vodijo v apartma.

Vse mi je bilo všeč. Ker je apartma v podstrešnem delu bi lahko predstavljalo malce težav za zelo velike osebe.

Horrible, I wouldn't recommend it for families or elderly. Maybe for young groups it would be ok?

The apartmant is quite old, very small, the upstairs room totally unacceptable for adults (the ceiling is like 1,2m heigh if not lower). The terrace is quite dangerous for children. Parking is very far away but free, so be prepared for very uncomfortable unpacking - especially if you travel with family. There is no safe bike storage - even if we asked in advance if there is one.

Clean and comfortable apartment right in the center of Umag

The apartment has a great location: it's on a pedestrianized street right in the center of the old town, steps away from the Cathedral. The address given when booking is the reception/office, where the key needs to be picked up. The apartment is really close though, about 50 meters only. The rooftop terrace offers a nice view of both the sea and the historic core of Umag. The apartment is nicely renovated, clean and is properly equipped. It may not be that spacious for 3 or more adults but for a family of 2 adults and 1 child, it was perfectly adequate. There may be some noise in the summer season from the street when all bars/restaurants are open and people are out till late, but it was really quiet in March.

We enjoyed our stay, just some minor points: - while it's great that free parking is offered, using it takes some planning if you're using your car during your stay: you need to stop on Via Dante Alighieri (few paid spots available only), collect the remote that opens the barrier at the parking place,from the office/reception, then drive to the parking lot itself, located a good 300 meters away. The remote then needs to be returned to the office every time (fortunately someone is in the office practically always). - if you happen to go in winter, make sure you have warmer clothes as the apartment can get really cold: there's an aircon in the living room that you can use for heating and it does make the immediate area nice and warm but the rest of the place stays cold.
