bon emplacement car l'accès à la ville se fait par la plage. place de parking
malheureusement la vue est sur d'autres immeubles pas très beaux (pas facile à améliorer )

Bel appartement, très propre, conforme aux photos et bien ensoleillé. Situé au 2ème étage avec ascenseur. Le plus : le parking sécurisé. Très bon équipement de la cuisine. Un canapé dépliable dans le salon. Bien situé par rapport à la plage (4 min à pieds). Beau balcon également avec un store, permettant de manger dehors mais vue peu intéressante (sur le parking de la résidence). Calme et tranquillité.
Promiscuité avec le balcon du dessus (vue plongeante sur les dessous de la voisine lorsqu'elle s'est levée - LOL) et un petit pavillon sur le côté, surtout que les garde-corps sont en verre. Il pourrait être sympa de mettre un cache autour des balcons. Pas de wifi, OK, on peut à présent se connecter via nos téléphones portables mais cela reste un peu ennuyeux. Un bon quart d'heure à pieds du centre ville (mairie).
