Emplacement très sympa, à 50 mètres de la plage (et encore moins à marée haute ;) ), le centre-ville ville est aussi à proximité (à pied). Idéal pour des vacances sans être esclave de sa voiture

L'emplacement est merveilleux et calme. La terrasse est plus grande qu'il n'y parait sur les photos et la vue est magnifique. Le salon est spacieux et clair. L'accès direct à la mer est très appréciable, ainsi que la promenade en bois de l'Aiguillon à la jetée d'Eyrac. La boulangerie pâtisserie juste à côté vend des viennoiseries délicieuses.
La partie "cabine" est un peu tristoune et totalement dénuée de rangement. Peu de place pour ranger valises et sacs de voyage vides. La cuisine serait plus sympa avec des plaques à induction et une machine à café. La salle de bain est vraiment minuscule. Dommage, la voisine (dernier jour) était un peu bruyante. Mais tout ça n'est pas très grave, l'appartement a vraiment un très bon rapport qualité-prix

le studio correspondait vraiment à l'annonce pour sa situation et sa vue sur la mer. Avons apprécié le calme de la résidence, le parking privé, la proximité du port et du centre ville accessible à pieds
nous n' arrivons pas à lui trouver de défaut ,à si peut être nous avons perdu en jouant au casino il était pas très loin de la résidence !!......
