L'emplacement est vraiment idéal avec accès direct à la plage, terrasse en L grande et très agréable avec vue sur le bassin d'un côté, résidence très calme, concierge adorable, la place de parking dans la résidence. Canapé lit et lit confortable. Malgré les quelques points négatifs cités ci dessous on a passé un très bon séjour.
L'appartement est un peu dans son jus des années 80, moquette et joint salle de bain à changer, certains équipements comme le four sont à changer également, si vous avez pas grandi dans les 80's vous ne le ferez pas fonctionner :)) après pour une semaine avec les enfants ça fait bien l'affaire.

Die Lage ist super,Ausstattung ist super.Es war sehr ruhig
Die Wohnung war etwas abgewohnt, besonders das Bad( Badewanne),Teppichboden sehr fleckig und es herrschte ein anstrengender, mir unangenehmer Geruch von chemischen Raumduftern, auch im gesamten Gebäude. Auf der Nachbarterrasse wurde geraucht und es zog dann in mein Appartment.Sollte im Gebäude nicht gestattet sein, man kann ja nach unten gehen
