Just steps to Table Tops Beach and Cardiff State Beach. Upper unit, Located in Downtown Solana Beach, walking distance to Cedros Design District, Belly Up Tavern, Chiefs and Claire's. Nice outdoor patio with BBQ.

This unit is as advertised. A bright, sunny upper apartment. My husband, myself and my granddaughter enjoyed our stay in this 2 bedroom upper floor unit apartment. Very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, the beach and ocean, bike trail (which is great as follows along Hwy 101 and the ocean). Close to Legoland and Sea World, the Sam Diego zoo, water parks, Encinitas and La Jolla. Overall l was a great place to stay to enjoy fun in the sun and ocean. Benjamin, the Property Manager, was very responsive to the few issues that we incurred.

The property is just as advertised. 1minute walk to a beautiful beach that is kid friendly beach but fun for older kids and adults too! Good quality Restaurants and cafes all close by. Clean space and good light. Will definitely comeback. In fact we extended our stay by 3 nights!

Great location to walk to the beach and beach parks. Can also walk to fun local bars and restaurants. Dedicated parking spot is great.
