One-of-a-kind private luxury retreat that truly matches your vacation! Directly on the award-winning Loma Santa Fe golf course in the heart of top 10 city in America. The patio opens to the the golf course with unobstructed view from the living room, dining room and the master bedroom. Enjoy the Spanish style interior, open living space. Minutes to top beaches, Del Mar, Downtown Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar Racetrack, Encinitas, Carmel Valley, hiking trails, shopping and easy access to downtown San Diego.
Retreating to the master bedroom, you will find a California King TempurPedic bed, vaulted ceiling with more views, tastefully finished master bathroom with oversized double shower and walk-in closet. Leave the balcony door open at night, you'll fall asleep to the sound of nature and starry skies.
A second bedroom features two twin beds and en-suite bathroom, also a balcony for more outdoor relaxation. Finally an open loft is perfect for work-any-where with a view, or for additional sleeping space with convertible soft bed.
In the summer months, the house stays shaded and fairly cool thanks to the property orientation, the cool temperature in the area and the coastal breeze coming through the back patio. There is no AC and we have not needed it for the years past. For the cooler days, there is central heating.
This home also features a two car garage, chef's kitchen with high end appliances, high speed internet for multiple streaming and video call sessions, TV in the living room and in the master bedroom.

Our stay was just perfect. The location was really convenient to everything we like to do. 5 minutes to the Solana Beach to see the sunsets was our favorite. With the I5 interstate entrance so close it's easy to get anywhere in a short amount of time. We had one very minor issue with the water filter in the Fridge and J fixed it immediately. He was extremely responsive and fast with a solution. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was a dream to cook in. The location is very quiet considering the proximity to the I5 highway. If you're a golfer, which we are not, the course right outside the back door would be a real plus. We are looking forward to our next stay at J's condo

The location is superb! It is in a golf course community, so step out the living room, you are right on the golf course! The view is fantastic. The host is very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay at same place when we visit area again!

This spacious condo is located in a nice quiet complex with pool and hot tub. We especially enjoyed soaking in large hot tub.
Great location for golfing, visiting nearby beaches and shopping at Cedros Design Center. Plus, you are less than 30 minute drive from downtown San Diego and 15 minute drive to Legoland.
We loved the large windows that offered plenty of natural light plus a wonderful view of golf course. The kitchen was very well equipped with high end appliances, flatware, dishes, pots/pans and utensils. Everything you needed to feel at home.
There is also an outdoor patio furnished with BBQ grill and patio furniture. Plus, having a 2 car garage with a full size washer and dryer was a huge bonus. We loved our stay and think you will too.

Perfect location for beach, hiking, restaurants, grocery shopping and every other reason to stay near the coast. Very quiet neighborhood. The townhome worked really well for two or six. The owner is very accommodating. It is a great value.
