The patio opens to the the golf course with unobstructed view from the living room, dining room and the master bedroom. Enjoy the Spanish style interior, open living space. Minutes to top beaches, Del Mar, Downtown Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar Racetrack, Encinitas, Carmel Valley, hiking trails, shopping and easy access to downtown San Diego.
Retreating to the master bedroom, you will find a California King TempurPedic bed, vaulted ceiling with more views, tastefully finished master bathroom with oversized double shower and walk-in closet. Leave the balcony door open at night, you'll fall asleep to the sound of nature and starry skies.
A second bedroom features two twin beds and en-suite bathroom, also a balcony for more outdoor relaxation. Finally an open loft is perfect for work-any-where with a view, or for additional sleeping space with convertible soft bed.
In the summer months, the house stays shaded and fairly cool thanks to the property orientation, the cool temperature in the area and the coastal breeze coming through the back patio. There is no AC and we have not needed it for the years past. For the cooler days, there is central heating.
This home also features a two car garage, chef's kitchen with high end appliances, high speed internet for multiple streaming and video call sessions, TV in the living room and in the master bedroom.
