Superb

Great place to stay for morning port transfers. When arrived late, it was appreciated that there was a bottle of water in the fridge. Equipped flat in good location. Friendly owner.

Only disadvantage in case you are staying longer Is that the bedroom Is without windows, but it is close behind the doors

Spyros, the owner was very friendly and welcoming; lots of nice facilities available including coffee and free drinks

Out of the property owner's control but blocked drains outside the property had the area around it smelling like sewage during my visit

convenient home in Corfu

Clean and comfortable, everything you could ever want out of a holiday home. It’s very close to the ferry terminal, so no need to carry your luggage all the way to the centre of town. Manager Mr Spyros was very helpful and gave good recommendations about where to go while you’re in Corfu!

Excellent host, wonderful facilities, will be back!

Spyros was a fantastic host, really went out of his way to make us feel like we were welcome and in a home away from home. He provided plenty of suggestions for things to do around the town and for our onward journey around Corfu. The studio itself was a great base to explore Corfu town from and very well equipped! Easy to get to from the airport as the bus stops at the port was a few minutes walk away and there are plenty of buses going from there across Corfu if you want to explore further. Would recommend staying here if you are ever visiting Corfu town, you will be in very good hands!

welcoming owner, convenient small apartment on the ground floor

Very friendly and helpful owner, he gave us many tips on restaurants and places of interest. The property is located a bit further from the center/old town (15min walk), but close to the ferry terminal and a bus stop to/from the airport. The grocery shop is literally next door. The apartment itself is small, but well equipped, including the kitchen, it is obvious that the owner pays a lot of attention to details (there was tea and coffee, and even a first aid cabinet). The bedroom has no windows, but due to the design and indoor windows it doesn't feel closed off.

Substantial noise from planes landing/taking off, but I guess nothing can be done with the airport being so close to the city. Also, since it is on the ground floor, there was some noise coming from the street (although the traffic is not intense). Other than that, everything was perfect :)

Amazing Location

Amazing location, we could reach also the port or the center by there. There were many markets and restaurants nearby. Spyros was really courteous and even though our flight had been delayed, he stayed there and meet us really late in the night.

Overall a pleasant stay

Full kitchen with cookware and a Nespresso machine. Host had water in the fridge and a tray of coffee/tea and sweets laid out when I arrived which was so kind. Small store next door and a bigger one 2 min up the road. New port just a few minutes walk in the other direction.

The wifi left much to be desired. I could only have one device connected at a time or it would boot both. I expect this could be fixed by having a router in the apartment instead of the extender.

Easy to to find, Spyros the owner met us in the unit to show us how to use things. His English was great. He also messaged me ahead of time so I was able to ask him questions through out the stay and keep updated about arrival/departures. The air conditioner kept us cool through the night and the water heater + pressure was great in the shower.

Property is clean and cozy for two people and location is great as it close to bus station which you can take the intercity bus to other famous beaches, and also close other sightseeings and port to take boat trip.Besides, there are some supermarkets nearby and good cafe . The owner is super nice and shared many native restaurants and cafe, not only for the Corfu center but also the north part of Corfu, and I will definitely recommend to my friends if they want to visit Corfu in future!

The best host and a nice place to see Corfu City.

Spiros is one of the best hosts that we had. He is super kind, punctual, very helpful, he gave us many suggestions for the city and it recommended a tavern. When we arrive at the tavern, the owner knew because Spiros called him before. The apartment is pretty new, everything worked perfectly. Fast internet, comfortable beds and you have everything if you want to cook. Supermarkets, bakeries and places to eat are 2 minutes by walking. The apartment is not in the center, which is good if you want a calm area. It is close enough to walk to the most important areas of Corfu. We will come again soon!!

Good, clean and quiet Apartment

The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed. I just stayed for two nights but for that it was perfect. The AC worked well and it was very quiet at night. Therefor I had a good sleep. You get everywhere in the city in walking distance and there is a nice little local bakery next door. The owner is very nice and helpful… gave me some advice for restaurants and so on and helped me out where I could get spontaneous civics tests. Thanks a lot for that! There is also a very trustworthy scooter rental next door … northwest wheels scooter rental who h is a 100% recommendation if you need a scooter and don’t want to have problems

Nothing negative to say. It is not luxurious and a bit dark but it’a also not expensive. So it’s very good value for the money and completely what I expected

Well placed apartment and quiet

The apartment was fully equipped and the owner explain us everything that we needed to know. The bedroom was very quiet and we slept like babies, really nice. Also there were some welcome chocolates and above all, the apartment was neatly clean.

Umm the TV only worked the 1st day, which for me was not a problem but my husband likes to watch it at night. This was something I didn't like about the whole Island but it seems to be common and it's you need to drop the toilet paper in a bin instead of the toilet itself, ... but nothing to do with the apartment.

Perfect!!

Very helpful owners of the apartment. Very sweet. When my boyfriend was at the hospital they came to help and visit. Great location. Apartment looks exactly like the photos so very good. Nice pillows for sleeping, they also had extra pillows. Clean, airco was well working. Close to bakery, supermarket, port and bus stop. Peaceful area. Would definitely stay here again. We felt very welcome!
