The apartment was very cozy and extra clean. We had all we might need and a fantastic view of the port. The location was simply perfect - bus 15 which goes to the city center and to the airport stops very close to the place, and it is within walking distance from the old town and the fortresses. I will most surely book it again next time we are in Corfu town!

The cleaning is disappointing. The faucet is full of scale. There is a problem with the water under the shower. The water can't flow down. The washing machine is very dirty, and there is a bad smell in the bathroom.
The most important problem is that there is a problem with the door lock. It is very difficult to enter. It is difficult to open the door, and there is no one to help.
Right below the plane, there is noise, which affects sleep.

Lovely views, good location close to port, cafes, shops etc.
Apartment had everything I needed - some reviews complained about the shower but maybe they are old reviews? Lovely high tech shower with rainfall shower head, massage jets etc. Kitchen had oven plus microwave etc. Not huge but excellent value for money.
Communication could have been a little clearer. Asked twice if i could move checkout back by a couple of hours (once at beginning of rental and once at the end) but no answer given. A "No" would have been fine and I would have made other plans. No answer makes things more difficult but at the end of the day the cleaning lady did arrive about 60/90 minutes later which was just enough time for me to finish my important call. I'm grateful and had made sure everything was ready.

Great location and the apartment has all the amenities that you would need even for a longer stay
The check out time mentioned on Booking.com for this property was till 1:30 PM as on 29th August 2022. However the owner at the last moment pressuises me to vacate the apartment pretty early on the day of my check out. When informed about the mentioned checkout time he tells me another guest is coming at 12 while his mentioned check-in time is 2PM.
While this was okay, he sent the cleaning lady at 12:30, half an hour before the checkout which pretty much seemed like a pressure tactic.
I wasn't really happy with this experience and seemed quite rude but the everything else with the stay was excellent. I could still recommend this place
