About this house rental
Situated on the white sand beach of Gulf Shores, Alabama, this beachfront home has everything! Not only is the ocean a few steps from the door, but there is a private pool on the spacious deck! Inside the house there is room to stretch. Downstairs are two living areas, a double kitchen (2 of everything) with a large pantry and ice maker, 2 large dining tables seating 10 each, and additional seating at the large island bar. Also, on the main floor are 2 bedrooms with king beds and en suite baths. Completing the main floor are a half bath, a laundry, and a wet bar (with an additional ice maker). There are plenty of large windows in the living area which offer beach views while never leaving the house!
On the second floor, you will enter another generously proportioned sitting area with a half bath. You will find a second laundry and the 6 remaining bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms provide a king sized bed. The fourth bedroom is a king sized bed with an additional twin bed. The 5th bedroom is HANDICAP accessible with two queen beds and a handicap en suite bathroom. The 6th bedroom contains 2 bunk beds and a twin sized window bed, great for kids! All bedrooms include en suite private baths.
The elevator is wonderful convenience in getting luggage and groceries in and out! The house is fully handicapped accessible as well.
Outside, the deck has plenty of room for a crowd. An oversized grill is situated on the end of a spacious deck. Half of the deck is uncovered for the sun bathers and the other half is covered for those who enjoy the beach, but don't like to relax in the sun. Also on the deck is the private pool. Leading from the deck to the beach is a dune overwalk with outdoor shower.
Other amenities include internet, TVs in every room, cable, covered parking for 6 cars with additional parking in the drive, 2 icemakers, wet bar, and a large gas grill. Linens, dishes, pots and pans are all included. Guests only need to bring personal items and beach towels.
This home is an Ideal spot for family reunions, several friends with their families, corporate retreats, small weddings.

The house was outstanding. The kitchen was enormous and well stocked. My favorite part was the totally open concept of the kitchen and living and dining rooms. We were able to see the entire pool and the beach from the kitchen area.

The rooms were spacious, and the kitchen had plenty of space for multiple cooks. The back porch swing was our favorite lounge spot. Great experience!
