In a magnificent property surrounded by a 10-hectare park, the "Valentin House" offers a beautiful view of the grasslands.
The interior of this house, typically Augeronne, is of a remarkable quality.
Shared pool 15X6 heated from May to September, sauna, gym, botanical course along the river and playground (trampoline, ping-pong and gantry with swings and slide) are all activities to do on site .
You will also fall under the charm of the picturesque neighboring villages (Saint-Hymer, Clarbec, Beaumont en Auge, Blangy Castle); Côte Fleurie (Deauville, Trouville and Honfleur) is about twenty minutes away.

Ground floor: living room with TV and DVD player, dining room with fireplace, separate toilet and fully equipped kitchen
Attic floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms equipped with WC (1 bed 160X200 and 2 beds 90X190)
Cot and high chair on request, dishwasher, washing machine and ironing board
Garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue
Beds made, towels provided, charges, tourist tax, end of stay cleaning and firewood (autumn / winter) included
Possibility of extra beds on sofa bed

Cottage is functional and beautiful, but the gardens were superb.
