Gîte Falafa Normand

De gastvrouw is ontzettend vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar als je een vraag hebt. Het is een heel gezellig en goed uitgerust huisje, met een gigantische tuin met leuke hoekjes om te aperitieven of te eten. Voor kinderen is er ook een leuk speelhuisje en zeker genoeg plaats om te voetballen ofzo.

Het huisje is gelegen aan een drukke baan, maar binnen heb je daar geen last van. Zelfs in de tuin was dit niet storend. De kastruimte in de slaapkamers is een beetje beperkt, maar wij waren maar met drieën dus dat gaf geen probleem.

Accueil chaleureux. Aménagement et décoration sympas, équipements cuisine généreux, salon agréable avec box/tv, poêle à granulés très agréable en chauffe et en visuel. Aménagement extérieur sympa et spacieux. Nous recommandons.

Hôte très accueillante et adaptable, nous l'avons prévenue de notre arrivée (un peu en avance) et elle était présente et disponible pour nous accueillir. Gîte indépendant et calme, parfaitement propre, très bien équipé. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Le gîte est bien situé (environ 15 min d'Honfleur, et on y arrive par un côté moins fréquenté)

Absolument rien, tout est clair et bien pensé (et il y a des petites explications ça et là, dans la maison pour ce que l'on a oublié de demander !).

The host met us on arrival to show us around this attractive property. The kitchen was very well kitted out and the decor everywhere was good. It is a beautifully maintained property surrounded by gardens. The garden seating/loungers caught the morning sun whilst the summer house caught the afternoon and late evening sun - couldn't have been better. There is plenty of space for children to play too. It is well situated for visiting the D-Day Beaches etc. as well as the wider Normandy area. The motorway is close by for easy access.

The property is situated just off a busy road so traffic noise can be heard when sitting in the garden. However the Gite is well insulated and therefore there was no problem from traffic noise inside the property.
