About this apartment rental
Welcome, dear vacationers!
Our "Schlossberg apartment" is brand new and modern (see pictures) and very well equipped.
We have a wonderful panoramic view of the vineyards from a covered balcony.
The rental price is of course including laundry, towels and operating costs, incl. Wireless Internet access.
The final cleaning costs € 40.
The city tax is 1.50 € / night and person.
Our apartments are located in the 'South Styrian Wine Country' nature park, in a promising secluded location, on the Hohenegg hill. The apartment is idyllically located between the vineyard and the edge of the forest. In terms of equipment and ambience, it follows our motto: 'Nature + Comfort'. Comfort means: the apartments have been renovated in style and are comfortably furnished with solid wood furniture. As well as fully equipped with high-quality electrical appliances, dishes, laundry etc.
Winery information: The historic winery is located in the 'Südsteirisches Weinland' nature park on the Hohenegg hill, 1.4 km from the center of Leutschach / Schloßberg. The winery has 3ha of vineyards in the best south-facing slope, which are planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Welschriesling. The management by the tenant is ecological. The Schlossberg apartment was set up in a stylish new building.
Excursions, activities:
Graz, with all cultural possibilities, from opera to concerts, theater to jazz and an incomparable old town can be easily reached by car in 45 minutes. Other destinations are Marburg, Ptui! (Slovenia), Leibnitz, Bad Radkersburg (thermal baths), Kitzeck, the Riegersburg and many other sights. Vienna is only 190 km away.
Activities include hiking, cycling, tennis, swimming, horse riding, etc. (Murstätten) and scenic flights.

Just a tad bit out of Leutschach, so a car is a must. However, the property itself as well as the apartment were beyond expectations. It had everything we needed, and more. We didn’t want to leave. Comfortable, clean and quiet. True bliss. One of the best we have stayed at.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt fantastisch ruhig abseits in den Weinbergen. Man hat eine herrliche Aussicht über die Gegend. Nicht nur die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet. Das Gelände bietet viele sonnige aber auch schattige
Plätze um sich auszuruhen und die Aussicht auf die Landschaft zu genießen. Die netten Vermieter waren jederzeit ansprechbar. Fazit: Das Quartier ist rundherum zu empfehlen.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war vor Ankunft und während dem Aufenthalt einwandfrei. Wir waren 5 Nächte auf dem wunderschönen Anwesen in den Weinbergen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und super ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber und der Ausblick grandios. Im Kühlschrank stand bei der Ankunft Wein von den den eigenen Weinbergen. Wir konnten den wunderschönen Garten nutzen und hatten sehr viele Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Die Umgebung bietet tolle Wander- und Spaziermöglichkeiten. Der Urlaub war sehr erholsam und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
