Welcome! Our apartments are located in the 'South Styrian Wine Country' nature park, in a promising secluded location, on the Hohenegg hill. The 'Kröllwinzerei' is idyllically situated between the vineyard and the edge of the forest. In terms of equipment and ambience, it follows our motto: 'Nature + Comfort'. Comfort means: the apartments have been renovated in keeping with style and are comfortably furnished with solid wood furniture. As well as fully equipped with high-quality electrical appliances, dishes, laundry etc. The 'Winzerwohnung' is 60 square meters, is suitable for 2-3 people and has a large terrace. The apartment 'Hohenegg' is 55sqm in size, with a 12sqm balcony and is suitable for 2-4 people. It has 2 levels, which gives it a romantic character.
Information about the winery: The historical winery is located in the 'South Styrian Wine Country' in a secluded location on the Hohenegg hill, 1.4 km from the center of Leutshach / Schloßberg. The winery has 3ha wing gardens in the best south-facing slope, which are planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Welschriesling. The management by the tenant is ecological. The 'Kröllwinzerei' was thoroughly renovated in 2000/2001 and is lovingly maintained at regular intervals.
Excursions, activities: Graz, with all cultural possibilities, from opera to concerts, theater to jazz and an incomparable old town can be easily reached by car in 45 minutes. Other destinations are Marburg, Ptui! (Slovenia), Leibnitz, Bad Radkersburg (thermal baths), Kitzeck, the Riegersburg and many other sights. Vienna is only 190 km away.
Activities include hiking, cycling, tennis, swimming, riding, etc., golf (Murstätten) and sightseeing flights.

Hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Der Vermieter hat sich zwischendurch erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Lage super, Umgebung sowieso. Gerne wieder.

Großartiges Quartier, liebevoll renoviertes altes Haus in den Weinbergen. Auch bei heißen Temperaturen angenehm. Schöner Panoramablick und unkomplizierter Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Anfang Mai waren wir für eine Woche zu Gast in der Kröllwinzerei wo uns die Vemieter herzlichst begrüßten. Wir fanden eine komplett ausgestattete, saubere Ferienwohnung vor. Auch die Matratzen sind sehr gut, was wir in anderen Ferienhäusern leider schon oft vermisst haben. Die Lage am Schlossberg ist herrlich ruhig und trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten in Leutschach, wo man alle Dinge für den täglichen Bedarf bekommt. Die zahlreichen Wanderwege in der Umgebung laden zum erkunden der Region ein – einem Besuch in Slowenien inbegriffen.

Hallo Herr Leitner,
wir möchten uns an dieser Stelle nochmals ganz herzlich für den herrlichen Aufenthalt in Ihrer Winzerwohnung bedanken. Wir sind viel gereist und waren noch nie in der Südsteiermark. Und dann hat uns das Internet zu Ihnen gebracht, in Ihren herrlichen Weinberg. Wir durften miterleben, wie der Frühling erwachte und konnten schon ende April in mitten der Weinberge frühstücken. Die Woche war wie immer zu kurz, aber seien sie gewiss, wir kommen wieder. Die Wohnung ist wirklich ein Traum und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir zuhause nicht missen möchten. Ihre Familie Nißle
