Welcome! Our apartments are located in the 'South Styrian Wine Country' nature park, in a promising secluded location, on the Hohenegg hill. The 'Kröllwinzerei' is idyllically situated between the vineyard and the edge of the forest. In terms of equipment and ambience, it follows our motto: 'Nature + Comfort'. Comfort means: the apartments have been renovated in style and are comfortably furnished with solid wood furniture. As well as fully equipped with high-quality electrical appliances, dishes, laundry etc. The 'Winzerwohnung' is 60 square meters, is suitable for 2-3 people and has a large terrace. The apartment 'Hohenegg' is 55sqm in size, with a 12sqm balcony and is suitable for 2-4 people. It has 2 levels, which gives it a romantic character.
Winery information: The historic winery is located in the 'Südsteirisches Weinland' nature park on the Hohenegg hill, 1.4 km from the center of Leutshach / Schloßberg. The winery has 3ha of vineyards in the best south-facing slope, which are planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Welschriesling. The management by the tenant is ecological. The 'Kröllwinzerei' was thoroughly renovated in 2000/2001 and lovingly maintained at regular intervals.
Excursions, activities: Graz, with all cultural possibilities, from opera to concerts, theater to jazz and an incomparable old town can be easily reached by car in 45 minutes. Other destinations are Marburg, Ptui! (Slovenia), Leibnitz, Bad Radkersburg (thermal baths), Kitzeck, the Riegersburg and many other sights. Vienna is only 190 km away.
Activities include hiking, cycling, tennis, swimming, horse riding, etc. (Murstätten) and scenic flights.

Très belle région et belle location, très confortable, les propriétaires sont charmants et aux petits soins. Très bonne échange malgré notre niveau de langue un peu bas. Location très bien située pour les services, approvisionnement en course, le village et très proche. La location est sur la route des vins et la région ne manque pas de charme. Un petit « hic » la musique le jeudi vendredi et samedi soir... les propriétaires étaient désolés. Cela n est pas coutumier des lieux. Sûrement un événement familial dans les environs.
Nous reviendrons pour poursuivre nos visites et nos dégustations.

Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt! Sehr ruhig mit tollen Blicken über die Südsteiermark, gleichzeitig sehr zentral gelegen zu allen Wanderungen, Besichtigungen und kulinarischen Highlights! Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, der Balkon war sehr geräumig. Herr Leitner war jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und hatte jede Menge Tipps auf Lager! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Objekt auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, wenn wir das nächste mal in die Südsteiermark reisen werden.

Die Buchung war unkompliziert, der Gastgegber zuvorkommend.
Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich, und Hr. Leitner hatte auch eine Menge Informationen über die Gegend und ein paar nette Anekdoten parat.
Das Quartier ist sehr sauber, und idyllisch.
Den Herbsturlaub haben wir vor unserer Abreise gleich reserviert!
