on three floors of 85 m2, located on a hill, in a very quiet and quiet place near the forest and numerous walking paths. It is 500 m from the center of the village where there is a bar, restaurant, pharmacy, post office and grocery stores.

The house, about 85 m2, is on three floors. Accessing from the ground floor there is a large living room with TV, fireplace, sofa and table and a kitchen with a view of the Camaiore valley and the Apuan Alps. Crockery, oven, gas cooker, fridge and coffee machine are available in the kitchen.
Upstairs there is a large double bedroom overlooking the forest and the inner courtyard, a bathroom with bidet, toilet, sink and tub and a bedroom with two single beds overlooking the Apuan Alps.
The lower level, which has access to the panoramic terrace, consists of a bedroom with bunk beds and a small bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower.

The house has a parking space and a large panoramic terrace with table, chairs, sun umbrellas, armchairs and sun loungers. It is an ideal place to have breakfast and dinner immersed in total tranquility in contact with nature.

Available to the guest: soap, shampoo, hair dryer, detergents, bed linen and towels, small barbecue and fans.

The house is located in an ideal place to undertake walking and mountain biking in the surrounding paths surrounded by greenery. It is 15 km from Viareggio and the Versilia sea, 25 km from Pisa and Lucca, 90 km from Florence and the Cinque Terre. We have reserved in the living room a small space for our guests dedicated to brochures and maps to organize a pleasant visit to the nearby places and cities!

On the lower floor, there is a room with a bathroom and a toilet.

The house is situated in a nice place for long walks on foot or excursions. It's only 15 km far from Viareggio and from the beautiful Versilia seaside; 25 km far from Pisa and Lucca and 90 km far from Florence and Cinque Terre.
