清潔だった チェックイン、チェックアウトもスムーズだった

事前情報としてあると書かれていたアメニティが現地では一部分かりにくい場所にあり、使いづらい部分があった

It was a lovely little place with great facilities and some things to do around it like restaurants, a beach and a few izakayas. Also the staff was friendly

The place feels a bit old and is quite far from most major attractions in Sado. I was commuting by bike so it took me. Good hour+ each way. I assume if you are by car it would be less noticeable

サウナがとてもよかった。 雰囲気もとてもよく居心地がとても良かった。 また佐渡へ来たらここで滞在したい。 もっとゆっくり出来たらもっと最高だった！

The room was modern and comfortable. The rustic design of the hotel was kind of cool.

This place is.... not for kids. I was there with my four year old boy and 1 year old twins, and we felt like we were in the way a lot of the time, even when we were walking from the front door through the "lobby" of the property through the back to where our room was. The owners and staff here aren't all that friendly: Very self-important hipster types who seemed to look down on me and my small children. The owners (wearing beanie hats, trendy haircuts, hipster goatee, look like they spend all their money on Snow Peak stuff, you know the kind), were pretty cold to my kids, and looked at them like they shouldn't be there. Another girl, who was clearly part time, peroxide hair, ridiculous fingernails didn't welcome us in the morning, and generally responded to any kind of verbal communication with "....はい..... はい....はい.....". Aaaaaand another thing: anytime that we went to talk to any of the staff at the front desk, they were always playing around on their MacBooks, and when we would approach them to talk to them, they didn't have the good grace or manners to close their devices, they kind of looked up with a bored expression, gave us the minimal amount of attention, and went back to what they were doing as soon as we left them alone. On both mornings that we were there, the local シルバーズクラブ (old people with nothing better to do) were very noisy cleaning the shrine right outside our room early on both a Saturday and Sunday morning, with leaf blowers, grass strimmers, and generally shouting to each other for about two hours. Two of my kids were sick with a fever, and so basically were unable to get a decent rest both nights we stayed. When I voiced my concerns about this to the front desk staff (a tall skinny guy with braces) kind of shrugged and said "I just work here, there's nothing that I can do about it". Really terrible customer service. There also was no TV in the room. Thank god I packed my projector.
