Nice place with some space and feels nature-y which isn't always easy to find in Mammoth. Clean. One small couch. The owner/manager helped us get killer parking at the slopes. Also super tasty Peruvian place easy walking distance.

Mark,the host, went out of his way to make sure that all our needs were met. He hooked us up with last minute reservations at the onsite restaurant- which was awesome on a night we would have not been out to drive in the stormy weather

The location feels like you are camping in the wilderness, which was the main reason for us selecting this accommodation. Mark (host) is nice and helped us with the laptop charger as we forgot to bring ours. Beds are basic but comfortable.
It was disappointing not to be able to cook even easy meals with the provided utensils. The utensils were of inferior quality and even basic utensils like spatula were burnt and so dirty that we could not use them. Cooking vessels are also of extremely poor quality. My son and I also had to take allregy medicine every day as we both felt a bit sick when indoors. Overall, the living area space is extremely constrained and not worth the money we paid for the stay.
