About this house rental
This is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, two level, property with a two car garage located in The Lodges, Phase 6. It has a maximum occupancy of 8, which includes children of all ages. Pets, maximum 2 dogs, are welcomed with additional charges. TOML-CPAN-14484.
From the driveway you’ll walk your building's pathway, then up a set of exterior steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door to the interior landing. From the landing you can either walk down a set of steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the main level.
Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmat(s) for your stay.

I brought my daughters and their little friend for a 12 year old Spring Break ski week, and we had a great time! Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and their antics, confined to the downstairs, were unheard by me!

We had the best time at this amazing condo in snowcreek. Great for families and small kids. The only thing we would recommend is bringing fans with you if you are staying in the summer. It gets very warm!

This unit was offered to us as an option to escape from the disturbance caused by the painters/workers working at Unit 980 Fairway Circle originally rented to us without any notification of the scheduled work to be done during the week of our vacation stay.
