Over 2,700 square feet this large floorplan features 2 bedrooms + loft and 3 full bathrooms. This home was in beautiful condition, with a large common area and kitchen. Extremely well maintained and clean with attached garage, and a laundry room off the kitchen. The loft was bigger than we anticipated, and plenty of room for kids to hang out. Fireplace was set up and easy to use. Well worth the expense and would definitely stay here again. We have been to Mammoth several times in winter and summer. This is the nicest place we have stayed. Problems: we could not get the oven to turn on, and front door lock was extremely hard to open. We had to enter through the garage. Hopefully both these problems will be fixed soon.

This was a beautiful, spacious, well kept rental along the beautiful scenic mammoth golf course. We loved everything about it. Even though they allow pets, it was spotless and clean. I only docked one point for ease of check in because you have to go to the mammoth property office to pick up keys instead of keyless entry. Regardless, we will be staying again soon. Thank you!

Overall the unit was nice. It is pretty sparsely furnished. The beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable but the beds in loft were not. The unit was stocked well but the appliances were below par and the stove was broken .
