Very welcoming hosts, great breakfasts, beautiful location overlooking the western beach at St Ives
Just be prepared to walk up a bit of a hill (but that's St Ives in general)

Location was perfect for a short walk to the town centre. Room was immaculate & refreshed daily. Tea/coffee biscuits were plentiful & always restocked. Everything was explained at check in very well & we immediately felt welcome & comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice especially the cooked option which was devoured.
Nothing not to like.
