A Perfect Seaside Escape – Peaceful, Beautiful, and Wonderfully Hosted

We had a truly wonderful stay at this peaceful and picturesque apartment. Everything exceeded our expectations — from the beautifully appointed room to the comfortable sunbathing chairs and the breathtaking view with direct access to the sea. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. She responded to all our requests without delay and even went the extra mile to help us organize a SUP board. The board’s owner surprised us with a lovely boat ride, which made our experience even more memorable. We are so grateful for the warm hospitality and the serene atmosphere. This place is a hidden gem, and we would return in a heartbeat!

A perfect retreat!

Super super clean sheets! The host is very friendly and approachable. Easy access to the sea, and the area is wonderfully quiet. It feels like you have your own little private access to the sea.

All is great! One thing - if being super close to the center of Tivat is a major priority, this might not be the best location.

Exceptionally clean with amazing views.

Amazing location at the water's edge. We had the ground floor apartment, and we could sit out and enjoy the view. Its on the opposite side of Tivat town - which seems like a bad thing, but actually its not. Its just a 15 min drive into Tivat town. But using this place as a base is a good idea, as you avoid the slow traffic going in and out of Tivat center.

Great vacation property. We will come back

All was almost perfect. We stayed at the ground floor, with direct access to the beach. It is not really a beach as the access is through a concrete platform, not sand, but the view is nevertheless amazing and the easy access to the water is a big plus. Except for summertime, don't expect to swim that frequently, because the water is cold. Our host was very nice and accessible with WhatsApp all the time. The apartment is equipped with almost everything one needs. Access to the airport is so easy. 10 min away. overall, value for money is amazing! Highly recommended

We were a family of 5. It may be a bit tight for such a party since the living room becomes a bedroom too. Up to 4 it's ideal. Replacing the TV to a smart TV may be valuable for some for news feeds on demand and pther apps.

comfortable & peaceful seefront

The apartment was as described. We booked at very a short notice but the place was perfect and the host arranged her brother to meet us at the property showing us around. It was perfect to have a morning swim with nobody around in Oct. we spent a day in Kotor and came back to the apartment to enjoy kayaking (free!) The host is very kind and would definitely come back when we visit Montenegro again. What a lovely place. Actually we tried to stay longer but unfortunately it was fully booked even in Oct.

Amazing apartment with see front! Great host!

Apartment is way nicer and better than in photos. Host is amazing and really helpful! We had all we needed in apartment, from beach towels, sun-beds, swing, washing machine, dishwasher… even small boats like kayak to ride on water. Host organized us also boat trip around Boka Kotor bay, amazing experience !

Sensationelle Terrasse direkt am Wasser

Ein toller Ort. Die Fotos sind alle realistisch. Wir haben morgens direkt am Wasser gefrühstückt. Wenn man im Erdgeschoss wohnt sind es 20 m vom Bett zum Wasser. Das Appartement ist sauber und gepflegt. Das Bad etwas eng aber alles da. Beide Betten waren in Ordnung. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Nur ein Auto braucht man. Direkt gibt es ein Restaurant und einen Minimarkt.

Excellent emplacement pour un superbe séjour les pieds dans l'eau

Logement idéalement situé en bord de mer, avec un accès direct à la mer depuis la terrasse privative. Une douche extérieure et des transats permettent de profiter au maximum de ce cadre magnifique. Le logement est très bien équipé et proche de restaurants. La présence de volets est très agréable (nous avons fait plusieurs logements au Monténégro et aucun n'avait de volets ou au minimum de rideaux occultants). La vue sur la mer et sur la baie de Kotor est très belle. La propriétaire est très réactive et disponible. Elle fait son possible pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés !
