Pleasant, good for kids and conveniently located for family stay.

Excellent location, near the beach and Lustica bay complex. Little traffic and plenty of parking space. Playground area for kids was excellent. Hosts very friendly and hospitable. All in all, a very pleasant place and good value for money.

The dining and kitchen area was a bit narrow. The shops are not very near, so you have to either walk a bit or drive. The area itself doesn't have much public space or opportunities for walking/promenade.

Definitely stay again

Location was close to the best beach. Host was super friendly and helpful let us check in early and supported with car hire. Facilities has everything you needed including a washing machine. Parking availability. Beautiful balcony with a gorgeous kiwi tree. Views are incredible. Transportation to airport available on request and at a cheaper cost than a taxi. Lovely cats around the area.

Wonderful!

The accommodation was exactly as described and well thought trough and clean. We were welcomed by such warm hearted and friendly hosts and felt that we could talk to them anytime should there be any issue with the accommodation (which there wasn't!). The apartment itself was small (but we knew that) and they provided a baby bed and even a high chair for our toddler. There were more than enough clean towels at our arrival and during our stay we realised they had even taken out our trash for us. Kitchen amenities were absolutely sufficient for basic cooking and our son enjoyed the small garden with a big jungle gym (but watch out for thirsty mosquitos during the summer). There were figs, kiwis and even khakis growing on the property and everyday we were greeted by a friendly cat that even let our toddler pet him. Would definitely stay there again!

Kitchen amenities could be stocked up a little bit, but again sufficient for basic cooking:)

We had a very cozy stay at the apartment. The host is very kind and helpful. It’s clean, spacious, and quiet. You’ve got everything you need in the apartment, and also a car parking outside. Good location for moving around the peninsula, and also around both Boka to the north of it and Budva to the other side.

Best stay in Tivat region!

The property is located in a preferable location with easy access to Plavi Horizonti beach which offers sandy beach as well as cliffs, the best beach combo in the area! Not too far from Kotor, just avoid the worst hours for traffic. Maki was an excellent host, describing details of the areas and tips, also offered a welcome drinks ⭐

We were truly impressed by our host hospitality. He gave us a beer and apple juice and he’s English was great! The room was clean, comfortable and really nice! We had a balcony and we could sit outside to play and talk whenever we wanted to. The wifi worked wonders (I could watch a film without needing to download it). Parking is easy and close to the accommodation. There are restaurants really close serving delicious food at great price. The beach was really close - you could walk to get there. There are other beaches really close (5-10 mins by car) which have so clear water and are pretty.

The rooms were perfect, yet the outside (parking place, street) was a bit out of order, messy. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much!

Bed was very comfy. Room as a good size.

Fridge didn't work, shower is rubbish (either points the water away from you in a circle at the walls or at you like a laser, no inbetween) and the apartment was a 20 minute walk from the beach so not sure why one of their pictures is of a beach when its not remotely part of the apartment complex.

Excellent central but cheap location for exploring coastal Montenegro

I stayed here for the Zuzalu conference/network state in nearby Lustica. The hostess Zorica was very friendly, helpful, and willing to chat at length about the region's attractions and even the local property market. Although there isn't much to do in Radovici itself apart from dining at the nearby Astoria restaurant, geographically, it's near perfect as a cheap, central place from which to explore the Kotor Bay region with a rented car.

I liked the location, and the host Zorica was a nice lady.

I didn't appreciate the fact that you don't know which apartment you are actually booking because the photos represent only the best looking ones, while the others are not as nearly as good. I thought I was booking a specific apartment that I wanted and when we got there they gave us a completely different one, with the excuse that it is the same size and has the similar furniture, and that their photos on internet only represent an example of the sizes of apartments that they rent. So it appears that in the end you don't know what you are paying for, which I find somewhat unfair and unprofessional

Excellent spot for families looking for beach holiday

Great place to stay with family / friends if you are looking for a quiet place. It’s walking distance to the beach. I recommend you to have a car however, the owners were super nice people and they will help you as much as they can.

I would rather pay more money and stay at modern places, but for the money we spent, this is still nice and very clean.
