Besonders ist der Ausblick zu erwähnen, die Stille und die gemütlichen Terrassen die jedoch auf mehreren Abschnitten am Hang liegen. Es sind ca 55 Stufen vom Pool zum Haus und nochmals 35 zur Straße
An die Stufen hat man sich schnell gewöhnt jedoch ist es für gebrechliche Menschen nicht geeignet.
