Beautifully furnished and comfortable. Host was very welcoming. Lots of space for the family to relax. Great views and lovely outdoor space.

Meine Freundinnen und ich waren schon viele Male in Istrien und haben ein Haus gebucht ,aber ein so schönes hatten wir noch nie. Küche bestens ausgestattet,Kühlschrank aufgefüllt,Besitzer hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus liebevoll eingerichtet. Parkplatz zwar nur für ein Auto,aber Herr Robert hat einen zweiten organisiert.

Our stay in Opatija was truly unforgettable, thanks to this beautiful property. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our host Robert had thought of everything. The home was very clean, tastefully decorated, and incredibly well equipped—far beyond what we expected. Every detail had been considered, from a fully stocked kitchen with quality cookware and essentials, to comfortable linens, extra toiletries, and even little touches that made the space feel like home. The location is great: this property is tucked away in a private location yet close enough to walk to the beaches, restaurants, and shops. The view was stunning, and the outdoor spaces were just as welcoming as the interior. We loved having our morning coffee on the roof top terrace while looking out over the Adriatic. We never once thought, “I wish we had this” because everything we could imagine needing was already there. It made our holiday stress-free and allowed us to fully enjoy Opatija and the region.
