Size (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a terrace), furnishing and amenities (fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, 3 TV’s), cleanliness, a parking space (requires some driving skills, but it’s free), closeness to the beach (maybe a 5 min walk) and the shop (some 100 m away). Everything is operational - the first private accomodation in a long while in which I didn’t feel the urge to bring out a toolbox.
