The villa is located right on the beach, facing the sea, in the town of Caucana, 2 km from Punta Secca and 4 km from Marina di Ragusa, in the southeast of Sicily. Punta Secca is a famous fishing village renowned for being the set of the Italian series "Il Commissario Montalbano" and for hosting its famous house.
Not far away are the UNESCO cities of the province of Ragusa, such as Ragusa Ibla (27 km), Modica (28 km) and Scicli (18 km) and the beaches of Punta Braccetto (6 km), the Natural Reserve of Randello (8 km), Donnalucata (13 km) and Sampieri (24 km). The "Pio La Torre" airport of Comiso is 30 km away and the golf courses of the Donnafugata Golf Resort & Spa are 12 km away. At 150 m from the villa, there is an equipped beach.

This house hit the spot for a beach summer holiday for a family of 5. Excellent bedrooms and beds with aircon. Four(!) bathrooms. High quality sheets and towels and an abundance of toiletries. Incredible view. Direct access to the beach (lovely beach - clean and friendly) yet with some privacy too. There is an apartment attached to the house which has the car park, but this was not a problem and there is a large fence for privacy. Local cafe only 200m. Casuzze at 10min walk had all we needed. House came with snacks, water and a packet of pasta and sauce. Parking can be an issue if things are busy but we always managed to find parking for free on the street. House very clean and lady who checked us in was really helpful and polite. Would highly recommend it. It is a lovely beach. Plenty of outside seating options.

Loved the location. Close enough to attractions we wanted to visit. The beach is beautiful and invites you for long walks. Local market was close and fun to visit. We needed to change our booking dates a bit which became a bit cumbersome with 3rd party company involved but VRBO was very helpful with guidance.
One bedroom did not have screens which was very inconvenient as there were biting bugs that came in. Minimally appointed but adequate. The stove ran out of gas on the last morning so we did not call. Overall the home is great and the location is A+. The host was responsive in the booking process with any questions. We would stay again!!!

Very spacious 4bedroom house with 4bathrooms and a separate jacuzzi that has great ocean view. . On quiet one way road so nice and quiet. Direct beach access from patio so we really enjoyed morning walks on the beach. House is decorated nicely too. Management people are very nice and attentive.
Only concern we had were no covered parking area and no security system. They could invest in installing a safe as we brought our own portable safe to secure our valuables each time we left the house. Overall very nice house. Thank you!
