Independent villa, for exclusive use, with swimming pool heated for holidays in southern Sicily in S. Croce Camerina (Ragusa) 400 meters from the sea, The villa is on two independent levels (connected only by external spiral staircase). Ground floor: living room with kitchenette, 3 bedrooms (1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), 1 bathroom, large veranda for outdoor dining, air conditioning. Upper floor with cooking area, double bed and bathroom, air conditioning. The property has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant holiday: air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi, 1 satellite TV, beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a well-kept garden with tropical plants, lawn and typical Sicilian trees (oranges and lemons). Swimming pool (45 m2) with outdoor shower, furniture in covered veranda, equipped with en suite bathroom: toilet, sink, shower and dressing room. A near the seaside resort Caucana, in the southern part of Sicily, about 2.5 km from the renowned seaside resort Marina di Ragusa. The ancient and splendid city of art Ragusa (Sicily), pearl of the baroque ibleo (Unesco heritage) Marina di Ragusa and Donnalucata. 500 m from the picturesque beaches of the "Montalbano" Commissioner. Strategic position to visit the tourist centers (Caltagirone, Catania, Syracuse, Modica, Noto, Palazzolo, Ragusa, Scicli) and to enjoy the sea and the beautiful beaches of golden sand. 15 km golf Donnafugata Resort & Spa. Mild climate all year. The marina of Marina di Ragusa (2.5 km) is very popular all year round. New Comiso airport just 20 km from the major European cities (London Stansted, Birmingham, Dusseldorf Weeze, Frankfurt Hahn, Brussels Charleroi, Dublin).

This is a magnificent holiday property:bedrooms - 4 double/twin bedrooms, one of which is in a separate apartment on the top floor.Kitchen - the kitchen is also the main living area and is equipped with all that one will need for a holiday. There is lot of helpful fridge space including another fridge/freezer in the apartment.Outside - brilliant pool , well maintained with shade for the big table and a useful pool house. Shaded parking for 3 cars. Large charcoal barbecue. The garden is beautiful and well maintained.General - lots of house essentials plus many basics / water / soft drinks / wine were left for us. Getting about - the Kafe in Caucana is 5 minutes walk away - selling coffees, beers, pastries, local savouries, pizza. The long, sandy beach is a further 3 minutes walk and the water is easily accessible and has at least 2 beach restaurants. Punta Secca is probably a 25 minute flat walk with great beaches and many more bars/restaurants. Santa Croce Camerina is a 5 minute drive and has 3 large supermarkets plus a regular Thursday/ Friday market. It was too hot to do too much exploring but DonnaFugata, Scicli and Marina Di Ragusa were enjoyed trips.Our host - Marcello’s communications prior to and during our holiday were friendly and helpful. He came to clean the pool every few days and brought us fabulous pastries each time. He did everything he could to help us enjoy our holiday.

This was a great house with lots of space for us. We were there May 15-24 so it was still a bit before beach season. Marcello was very communicative and helpful.

We had a lovely time at Marcello's home.. he was a kind and gracious host. There is plenty of room and space for the family to spread out and have fun. The pool was lovely though it was a little chilly for our taste we are used to warmer water we were still able to enjoy it on very sunny days. Marcello brought us pastries on Sunday morning what a treat! Highly recommend this home.
