The property was in a good state and well-maintained. Tue location was excellent: away from the noise from beach front venues, but also a couple of minutes’ walk to the nearest stretch of beach. We loved the large living room size balcony and the facilities for pan frying (fish, prawns, panchetta, etc) outside. A set of folding beach chairs and umbrella was available for use. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect for our family. The host was very nice, he offered to get us discounts at local restaurants, so we ended up enjoying a dinner at a Michelin star awarded restaurant at a beach-view table for two.
There wasn’t anything we disliked.

Excellent welcoming. The flat is not common to find in that area. Flat new and comfortable. Generally in Marina di Ragusa the flats are ancient and no rebuilding. This flat is perfect. air conditioning in all rooms with new devices! The windows are with double glasses and good isolation ( no noise)!
