About this villa rental
Thanks to the nature of the terrain on which it stands, the villa enjoys a particularly privileged view that guides guests’ gaze down a gentle slope between the coastal landscape and the Mediterranean scrub, gliding toward the blue sea of the lively town of Marina di Ragusa.
The villa allows you to establish a strong connection between the interior spaces and the landscape, opening up the view through the large windows so that the outdoor areas are always visually “present” in the daily life that unfolds inside.
The interior floor extends into the surroundings, creating a garden of greenery, water, and concrete through which the house blends into the landscape and overlooks the meadows and the horizon. At the same time, the lawn, plants, and trees seem to embrace the built environment, creating a relaxing, balanced atmosphere that is completely immersed in nature, the landscape, and the cosmos.
The living area opens up to the landscape thanks to the large windows that connect the living room and kitchen to the sea and the infinity pool in the garden. In the latter case, due to the slope of the ground and the unobstructed view, it is difficult to tell where the pool ends and the sea begins.
A spacious balcony stretches along the entire south side, forming a long loggia that transitions westward into a larger terrace overlooking the pool. This serves as a natural extension of the living area and kitchen, ideal for aperitifs, dinners, and evening relaxation.
The sleeping area, consisting of three large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, is connected to the living area by well-equipped hallways that house storage rooms, closets, and utility rooms. The large living room features a comfortable and practical sofa bed.
The windows and glass panels create a close connection to the garden and, in the case of the master bedroom, also to the view, which is enhanced by the presence of plants, shrubs, and trees typical of the local Mediterranean scrub.

We had a great stay in this villa. It is well appointed with everything that you need and very comfortable. The outside space is great with a fantastic pool! We loved it!

Amazing villa, really light and spacious with all the amenities provided. The pool is the best pool we have ever had, clean with stunning views in the main. The pool pictures are a little cleverly taken and don’t reveal the rest of the view. The villa has a new addition of a wrap around sun terrace which provides great shade.
The sunsets in the evening are spectacular.
Before I provide details on the local amenities, I think it’s fair to point out that there is quite a lot of construction work taking place. Next door are in the middle of renovating their villa, we had angle grinding taking place Monday to Saturday, on and off throughout the day. Most days it’s was bearable as it would run for a few minutes, stop for 20mins to an hour then start up again. We did have one day where it was too much and we had to get out to the beach.
Below in the valley which is very close is a brand new building site, again not awful, but combined with next door and other digging work taking place it took the edge of the holiday a little after paying so much money.
The area is not the prettiest, but the villa makes up for this. It’s situated on a very steep and unpaved road. You can walk to one the pizza restaurant down the hill that takes 15mins to get to, highly recommended on a Sunday, all the seating is outside under beautiful trees and there are lights hanging down everywhere. Great food.
The main marina is lovely and at night comes alive with lots of hustle and bustle.
Summary- I would have given it 4 out of 5, however the construction was a real shame and whilst we didn’t let it spoil the holiday, some days it took the edge off of being able to relax and enjoy our break. It’s obviously it’s been there for a while and felt a little disappointed that we were not informed.
