An Incomparably brilliant apartment/hotel/rooms located very centrally with super friendly staff

Simply amazing. The apartment/hotel was very central, the access was very easy and the rooms were really a special level of comfort. Spacious, relaxing, shower was brilliant too. Staff were very friendly and accommodating when we asked for more towels and tea. The views into the square were lovely too. I wish every booking was like this. If ever near the area again would not hesitate to book. A real gem :)

Amazing location in the city center right next to the bell tower. Super clean and spacy. Very easy parking and many small places to eat and drink steps from the apartment. 6 Stars!

We would recommend staying here!

The location is perfect and the flat was clean. The check-in went very smoothly! We woke up because of the bell tower ringing at 7 am but it was perfect for us because we tend to wake up early. Apartment had all utilities needed and is beautiful .

Modern room in the old center of San Daniele

Located in a tiny, charming street off (almost the) main square of the city. Restaurants and bars in walking distance. Payed parking is possible close-by, and also not too far away is a two-story parking lot with free parking. Nice and clean room and shower in a good-sized room for a family of 4.

There was nothing I could mention. All was in good working condition, clean and communication with the host was excellent. The street is very narrow and cars are going here as well, so watch out when stepping out of the front door!

Good location

Our room hadn't been cleaned properly. The bathrooms still had dirty towels from the previous clients. The toilets hadn't been cleaned so stained from previous clients. The bathroom bins hadn't been emptied and dishes were left on the sink drainer from previous clients. Very unacceptable.

Modern, new, clean. Everything working.

Due to lack of physical presence of any staff the hotel felt somewhat impersonal. The hotel has no space for bicycle storage, at least that is what I was told via booking.com messaging. This upset us a bit because we cant leave our expensive travel bicycles on the street. However, from extensive travel experience we know that with some goodwill from the owner always some solution can be found. The goodwill was obviously not there, the owner was also not there at our arrival, as doors are unlocked by codes that the owner sends upon arrival. We found our own solution. The hotel has on the second floor a small balcony on which 2 bicycles easily fit. You only have to carry your bikes up.

It was a nice, spatious room, modern interior, exactly as on the photos. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the old town, close to the bell tower.

We did not want to use the air conditioning, instead, opened the windows at night. This way, the street noise was a little disturbing due to the narrow streets, but this could be overcome by closing the windows and using AC.

tutto, quessto è il pensiero anche degli altri 3 amici, è molto probabile che torneremoi a San Daniele in Friuli, ovviamente se ci sarà dispobilità torneremoi certamente Al Campaniele......ho anche intenzioni di andarci non fra tanto tempo con moglie e figli

Comodo e pulito.

Camera e letto comodo. Struttura pulitissima. Bagno piccolino ma efficiente. In centro al paese con buona possibilità di parcheggiare nelle immediate vicinanze.

Non è certo colpa dell' host, ma le campane ci hanno dato la sveglia di buon mattino. Tutte le procedure sono self e non abbiamo incontrato nessuno dello staff.

Perfekte Lage in der Stadt. Moderne Suite, gute Betten, gute Badezimmer, täglich frische Handtücher

Lage perfekt. Sehr modern, schlicht, guter Komfort. Zentral gelegen, alle Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. Suite vielleicht etwas klein, aber dafür zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer/WC´s. Ideal für Golfer:innen, GC Udine nur 8 Minuten.

Man hört oft die Kirchenglocken. Leider keine Nepresso-Kaffeemaschine. Bedingt Parkplätze. Kein Lift, daher lieber mit kleinem Koffer, weil viele Treppen in den 2. Stock.

Superzentral, sehr modern und sauber, günstig, checkin problemlos

Zentral gelegen, freundlich aber mit kleinen Abstrichen

Erneut hat uns die zentrale Lage und die Größe des Zimmers sehr gut gefallen. Seife, Duschgel, Duschhaube, Föhn und genügend Handtücher vor Ort. Wenn etwas ausgeht wie z.B. das Toilettenpapier, erhält man umgehend neues. Eine Parkgarage in der man gratis parken kann ist in 5 Gehminuten zu finden. Die Koordinaten der Parkmöglichkeit, sowie der Haustür- und Zimmercode werden . Vorfeld übermittelt. Check in erfolgte über online Kommunikation. Die Reinigungsdame haben wir einmal angetroffen und sie war sehr freundlich. Online Kommunikation war auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Leider war das Zimmer teilweise nur sehr oberflächlich geputzt z.B. nicht näher identifizierbare schwarze Flusen auf den Badfliesen der Dusche, im Wasserkocher war abgestandenes Wasser; Nichts desto trotz überwogen und überwiegen die Vorteile dieser Unterkunft!

L'altra faccia della medaglia dell'essere in pieno centro all'ombra di un campanile è il rumore... con le campane esagerano un po'.

Perfektes, sauberes Zimmer in einer wirklich charmanten Kleinstadt

Wir sind spontan in San Daniele gewesem und haben uns ohne große Erwartungen für das günstigste Zimmer in der Gegend entschieden, wir waren erstaunt was wir da bekommen haben. Es war sauber, komfortabel und genügend Platz für die eine Nacht.

Kein Klopapier im Zimmer, was ziemlich blöd ist wenn man das erst zu spät bemerkt ;)
