Great Hotel, Great Golfing, Good Food, Good Staff, Not much of a spa

the spa isn´t really much of a spa to be honest, its a long swimming pool and a hand full of sauna cabins, not much more than that. Its absolutely sufficient to relax after a round of golf - but not really a proper spa destination in my opinion..

We really enjoyed the service of your wonderful staff, bouth at breakfast and the front desk.

I liked the service, the decor, food, cleanliness, tranquility of the location.

We stayed at the lodge 308. The lodge was perfect but it would have been better if it had a designated outdoor space where you could sit. Also, it seems that you double charged us for coffee. A friend paid for her coffee by card, but it was charged again at the check out, probably by accident.

Access to the restaurant, for dinner, is very limited and reception has not made be aware of a need for reservation in order to have access to dinner menu; although the server was couteous she could not acommodate serving dinner in the lounge area. I ended up with two nights of frugal sandwiches.

Superb

Everything was great, rooms are clean and spacious, it is quiet and it is a nice view from the balcony.

Check-out time could be a little bit longer and using pool should be included in price

Compared to the rest of offers in Udine not bad, but find breakfast in some other place.

Rooms are quite comfortable, equipped with everything needed though the design is quite strange. Matter of taste, of course. I'm used to a more classic hotel design. Everything was very clean, the view is very nice as well.

Breakfast was just horrible; nothing to choose from. A few pieces of bacon, a few pieces of sausage, and scrambled eggs tasted very weird. Breakfast needs to be improved for the 4-stars hotel.

Client focused hotel.

We rented a separate villa and experienced some startup hickups. After a conversation with the general manager this was solved very satisfactory. The location is very nice with superb views to the surroundings.

We stayed on the ground floor and experienced quite some noise from our neighbours on the first floor. The AC is operated centrally and should be turned on by making phone calls to the reception (way to save energy and money). The swimming pool is part of the SPA facilities which cost EUR 20 per person per day for which you need to make an upfront reservation.

Wonderful location, wonderful stuff! Thanks! The only point of improvement would be for me, longer SPA times at least when COVID-19 restrictions are over. (I love to swim in the morning before breakfast, which is not possible, unfortunately )

Excellent resort and spa facilities, beautiful location and scenery, breakfast with fresh local products, spacious rooms and bathrooms, great golf course and restaurant. Really a top class hotel.
