Collection of keys was easy, however a key return box to return keys would be helpful. Waiting until 9am was a little annoying, there were 3 waiting for the doors to open to drop off keys so I feel the return box would be appreciated
The cleaning was not up to standard. On arrival the kitchen benches, door of fridge and stove were covered in what I believe was cleaning product where cleaning wasn’t finished. Lipstick on cups and glasses. Unclean cutlery and crockery - we felt the need to wash everything before we used it.
The house was very nice and comfortable and easy to locate. Overall we had a lovely stay

there were some cleaning issues with hair left behind from previous visits. toilets and bathroom upstairs were not clean
