Welcome to your perfect Maine beach getaway! This historic home, built in 1875 has been updated throughout, and has breathtaking 365-degree views! It comfortably sleeps 10-12 people, with ample parking.
A stone’s throw from Pine Point's favorite restauranst and bars, Scarborough River and of course Pine Point Beach! Take advantage of the trolley which conveniently stops right across the street every hour. Take a scenic ride, or hop off at the infamous Old Orchard Beach Pier where you can enjoy food, drinks and amusement park to complete your seaside adventure!
Head north 15 minutes to Portland’s Old Port where you can relish in its quaint shops, exciting nightlife and distinguished restaurants (we’re happy to recommend our favorites, just ask!)
Whether it's kayaking, paddle boarding, or lounging in the sand, this is the quintessential home base for your trip. Perfectly located is our outdoor shower to rinse off after a sandy day, or salty swim. Enjoy the beautiful backyard oasis which has a private deck, hammock and grill area, or the serenity the front porch offers when enjoying a morning cup of coffee, or breathtaking sunsets over a glass of wine.

This is the third year that I rented the house. Scott is a great host and the house is great! Unfortunately he is selling the house so I can’t rent it again but it has been a terrific three years. Thanks to you Scott.

Wonderful! The house had everything we needed, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely yard, with plenty of chairs and lots of space for lawn games. Very near the town landing for launching small water craft. Highly recommended!

While we loved staying again in Pine Point this property was not what we had hoped for. It had a wonderful front porch that we used all the time, however the house had a large construction project going on that we werent told about. While the contractor was respectful of us being there, it was a full blown project that required many workers with loud equipment and a few foul mouthed workers etc..... There was no grass or yard we could use because it was all dirt. The house was supposed to be air conditioned. It was window air conditioners that tried to keep up but had a hard time and one bed room was unusable because it had no AC and extremely hot. The house appeared clean but was really dirty. Windows and woodwork hadn't been cleaned in years it seemed. Everything was covered in a film of dirt, sand and pollen-even inside cupboards and drawers etc. Trash was left in cans and dirty towels left in the laundry area. Host was helpful when asked for an item but no explanation for the construction we were never told about . TV's were hard to use, no remotes for some of the TV's. Kitchen was adequate, but lacked amenities that we should have had based on our cost charged.
