Large 28 x14 deck facing the water. 1st floor bedroom and bath, fully equipped new kitchen with Viking gas range, two Viking ovens, opens to the Dining room with large pottery barn table, another family room all on the first floor. Four corner bedrooms with water views, tastefully decorated with quality bedding and high count thread sheets, Tile bath with tub/shower. 3RD floor has a brand new large master bedroom suite (king bed) and tile bath with beautiful marsh and water views. Second floor Bedrooms 3 & 4 now share a new en -suite bathroom with shower... Another second floor bath has tub and shower.... This pleasing beach house is made even more comfortable for you with central air conditioning thru out the 2500 sq ft house .Large yard with fire pit for evening marshmallows while watching the sunset. Perfect location! Beautiful marsh sunsets and easy walk to the beach. The house was ideal for our family and some friends. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the layout was great. Fully stocked with everything you might need.

This property is beautifully situated on the marsh with gorgeous sunset views. The first floor bedroom is perfect for Grammy, the third floor primary suite is lovely, and there are plenty of rooms on the second floor for our kids and guests. Pine Point is a perfect location for access to beaches, light houses, dining and sightseeing.
