Spacious, there are 3 levels so we felt like we had space. almost every bedroom has its own full bath for even more privacy, especially if you are traveling with other families. Plenty of beach chairs to use.

Cabinets, floor coverings not immaculate which I expected. Some broken screens, cabinet doors. Ice maker did not work, but those were minor things. The view was a once in a lifetime. Most beautiful beach I have ever experienced. Perfect for family ranging in age from 2 to 71.

This is a beautiful house. The views were gorgeous especially the third floor deck( even though that’s a lot of stairs- but definitely worth the climb). Quick walk to a wonderful beach and plenty of beach chairs and towels for the beach. We had 14 (4 children ( 4-13 ) and three older grandchildren and didn’t feel crowded. Only thing I might suggest would be a list of good restaurants or takeouts. All in all I would recommend this rental.

Lovely home and good location but needed a little TLC. We did see mice in the kitchen a few times, but it is on the marsh so not uncommon, I guess. Maybe not ready for the season but the firepits and grill and screened in porch somewhat in disarray. But great size for our group and good parking.
