About this house rental
All the amenities needed for a great, pleasing and comfortable vacation. Central air conditioning, gas stone fireplace, quality beds, sheets and linens, beautifully design and decorated, with chef's kitchen. Kitchen includes 2 sinks, 2 stove( one gas, one electric), 2 dishwashers, microwave, and is fully stocked. It opens to the dining area where there is seating for 16, all overlooking the fireplace and family room with views. Large 16x20 screen porch and open deck overlooking the marsh/water with beautiful sunsets. Outside fire pit for roasting marsh mellows. Ist floor bedroom and bath for the elderly that doesn't want to climb stairs, and Ist and 2nd floor laundry's. Only two blocks to Pine Point Beach that runs 7 mile, or take the trolley to Old Orchard Beach and the famous pier and amusement area. Short walk to 4 restaurants or a short drive into a great foodie town of Portland with many James Beard ward chefs, Boston Red Sox Seadog baseball and Old Port shopping. We stayed at the wonderful property, it was the perfect spot to celebrate our Granddaughter’s graduation from MECA. The stocked kitchen made pulling together a lovely dinner for all of us super easy. Many super comfy beds and nice bathrooms. The house had everything we needed for a perfect family weekend!

We stayed here in the off-season to celebrate a milestone birthday. The house comfortably accommodated our group of nine family members (ranging in age from 18 months to almost 80 years) with room for more. The views of the salt marsh were gorgeous, particularly at sunset, and we enjoyed all the birds we got to see. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and it was great to warm up by the gas fireplace after dipping our toes in the cold water. We cooked a big meal in the kitchen with ease, and everyone raved about the beds (seriously, we need to know the make/model so we can replace what we have at home :)). Drew was helpful and responsive. Loved the local restaurants we tried (Clambake and Pine Point Grill) plus the old school grocery (On the Vine), and all were a very quick and easy drive from the house. Highly recommend.

This house in this adorable neighborhood was the perfect spot for 17 adults and 2 kids. We had the greatest time! The owner was so easy to be in touch with. We had the BEST experience all the way around! Highly recommend this beautiful & very CLEAN home! We can’t wait to come back next year!

Lovely home and good location but needed a little TLC. We did see mice in the kitchen a few times, but it is on the marsh so not uncommon, I guess. Maybe not ready for the season but the firepits and grill and screened in porch somewhat in disarray. But great size for our group and good parking.
