The facilities were quite good. It took time to wait for the elevator. The staff didn't strictly collect the rent since I extended but when cleaned, they asked for a tip though this missed to give the complementary things. A brownout occurred multiple times on the 1st day of our stay. Over all, it was a pleasing stay despite some minimal stuffs.

Easy access to major landmarks
It needs renovation. A lot of the cabinets are broken and the toilet is clogged. Maintenance personnel were there to fix the clogged toilet, however, there was no privacy.
