Very cosy and well furnished accommodation, quiet and very well equipped with helpful host and building staff. Exceptional location and facilities, I would definitely stay here again.
The bed is very firm and dated, as were the bedclothes. If those were updated, as well as some minor maintenance to unblock the drains a little, and this would be a truly wonderful unit. Thank you!

Location is excellent. 5 minute walk to Ayala Mall. Transportation choices-jeepneys, taxis, Ayala Bus Terminal adjacent to Ayala making it
Easy to get around. Unit was very clean esoecially the bathroom and kitchen Tina was very responsive to our queries. Its a great place to stay and we will stay agajn un future travels.
