The place is secluded from the noise of the city, its very silent calm and safe. Its a gated community with guards and very few people. The flat is perfect size for one person or a couple. Fridge and sink, table to sit down, tv, and a big comfy bed. The ost was helpful replying to my questions.i
It was just a little bit challeging, because there are several similar buildings next to each other. This one is with the blue coumns at the entrance.
The balcony is very tiny, it more like a French window or Juliette balcony. There is no cleaning or laundry service, but laundry place is like 3 minutes from the condo.
