About this house rental
This newly remodeled beach house is ready for your next vacation. New to the rental market, this 3 bedroom 2 bath home has every amenity you could want. One block/2 minute walk to the beach. Myrtle Street beach. Within walking distance to Crab Trap, Crab Daddy's and many restaurants. Less than a mile to the pier. Privacy fence with an old fashioned seaside garden, newly landscaped yard and outdoor living space add a special appeal. Two of the bedrooms have new king size beds.
Our beach house features an open floor plan with spacious areas that are perfect for your vacationing family. The great room features shiplap walls, original wood beams, vinyl plank floors and new furnishings. Our dining area is conveniently located off the kitchen area and features a hand made, locally crafted wood plank table and bench with chairs. Furnishings are exquisite and include many one-of-a-kind treasures as well as original artwork throughout.
Our kitchen opens to the living area and has new wood cabinets with gorgeous quartz countertops. You'll love our modern island mounted range hood and upscale new appliances.
There are three bedrooms which are all beautifully decorated and feature vinyl plank flooring throughout. The spacious master bedroom with king size bed has a private bath with a large tiled shower with dual shower heads. The bathroom also has new wood cabinets and a stunning Vetrazzo handcrafted recycled glass countertop. Furnishings in the master bedroom include a king size bed with seagrass headboard, beautiful mirrored bedside tables and a comfortable seating area.
Our guest bedroom features a king size bed and side tables. Beautiful nautical themed bedding and original art complete this fantastic guest bedroom.
We call the third bedroom our 'Bunk Room'. This room was custom built by a true craftsman. It features board and batten ceilings and walls for both bunks. Built-in night lights are nautical navigation lights. There are so many custom designed and built details in this room that you'll just be amazed at its true charm.
The second bathroom also has beautiful tiled floors, new wood cabinets, and quartz countertops. This bathroom has a new tub/shower combination with upscale trims throughout.
We have a covered outdoor porch which opens to the lovely outdoor gardens. This space is 14 x 24 and has lots of room for your family to enjoy the outdoors throughout the day. We've got outdoor lighting and an overhead ceiling fan to complete this wonderful space.
Our yards are simply breathtaking. Professionally designed and landscaped, our front and back yards offer plenty of space to sit back and relax and enjoy the beauty of the island. Our back yard has a 6' privacy fence.

We loved our stay at this beach house. One of the best rental houses we have stayed in on SSI. First of all, it is in a great location on a quiet side street with plenty of room for parking. It's an easy one block walk to one of the best parts of the beach just south of the King and Prince. It's close to the pier village, multiple restaurants and shopping. The pictures of the house really don't do it justice. The house looks just like you would expect a beach house to look from the layout to the beachy decor. Very comfortable with multiple seating areas, a nice kitchen area and a grill in the backyard if you want to cook some of your own meals. Has a great fenced in backyard and a big screened in porch with a ceiling fan and plenty of seating. It also has multiple places to rinse off your feet when coming in from the beach. There were beach chairs, beach toys and a beach cart that could be used. We will definitely rent this house again when vacationing on SSI!

We love this house! The location is wonderful. You are a short walk away from a great beach access. The house is well-equipped. Our only complaint is that the week always flies by! We have stayed here 4 times and plan to come back year after year!

This St. Simon property was incredibly clean and nicely appointed. There wasn’t a single thing we needed other than to get to know the cute town and enjoy ourselves. We actually spent as much time enjoying the home as we did the very convenient beach (multiple access points) and the nearby top notch restaurants! We very much enjoyed Fort Frederica National Monument and hope to take the ferry to Cumberland Island during our next visit. If you bring your dog with you on your travels, this home is a must!
